Providing experience-driven training focused on high-risk rescue environments. Our approach is built on real-world applications, ensuring that responders are prepared to operate safely, efficiently, and with confidence in hazardous environments.

Our training is designed to reinforce core skills while advancing technical capability through hands-on instruction, scenario-based learning, and proven rescue techniques. We emphasize consistency, accountability, and clear decision-making under pressure.

I provide consulting services to those wishing to start up or are actively involved in specialized rescue. I can assist with a fiscally responsible rollout to meet achievable goals and facilitate connections with funding partners. Guiding teams based on their needs using my experience with varying equipment and technology. Streamlining costs by helping to avoid common missteps with the buildout of equipment caches. Experienced assistance developing Standard Operating Guidelines, Response Protocols, and job aids. Collaborative identification of target hazards, creation of response equipment packages, and practical rescue apparatus design.

By focusing on measurable performance and continuous skill development, I help departments and individual responders strengthen readiness, improve coordination, and perform effectively and safely when it matters most.
